Hey everyone how’s it going with a Happy New Year and happy first full work week of 2020 that’s crazy ruining new decades crazy as that is a sentence here I hope everyone has 2020.

So the main topic that we’re talking about is the theme for candidates going into medical devices and hard-core sales interviews this year and it’s going to be whatever it takes the reason.
why I picked that theme is that last year and the year before.
I noticed that there are a lot of candidates that obviously break into the med device industry or that next level type sales job but there’s also a good amount of candidates that have a drop-off.
When they go through the interview process and you know they sometimes have a tendency to coast or they’re not doing everything that’s required and expected of them
And so sometimes you know you might not always get feedback from managers or recruiters and so you know we I talked to a lot of candidates last year that we’re going through this problem
